Hi, I’m Nicole Scott—Reiki Master and shiatsu practitioner in training. With 11 years of experience as a Reiki Master, I’ve witnessed firsthand the transformative power of energy healing. I’ve recently completed my shiatsu practicum and am preparing for my final exam to become fully certified as a Shiatsu practitioner.

Both Reiki and shiatsu have profoundly changed the way I experience my body and mind, shifting the trajectory of my life in meaningful ways. I love how these therapies help people feel grounded, balanced, and connected within themselves.

My passion is to share these healing arts with others, offering compassionate, intuitive care to support your journey toward wellness and inner peace.

What is Shiatsu?

Shiatsu is a form of Japanese bodywork that uses gentle, mindful pressure, stretches, and movement to support your body’s natural ability to heal and restore balance.

Rooted in the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine, shiatsu works along the body’s energy pathways—called meridians—to encourage the smooth flow of qi (life energy). A typical session is done fully clothed on a comfortable mat or massage table, using hands, thumbs, and palms to apply pressure and release tension.

What is Reiki?

Reiki is a gentle, hands-on energy healing practice that promotes relaxation, balance, and overall well-being. The word Reiki comes from Japanese:

  • Rei meaning “universal”

  • Ki meaning “life energy”

During a Reiki session, the practitioner places their hands lightly on or just above the body, allowing healing energy to flow where it is most needed. This energy supports the body’s natural healing processes on physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual levels.
